Deliver client service for the complex and sophisticated major accounts and high-profile clients by overseeing the daily records activities and administration of assigned book of business.
Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction to promote client retention, and additional revenue opportunities.
Work with major accounts and high-profile clients using discretion to address specific situations and ensure client expectations are appropriately met.
Ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions, current pension laws and regulations.
Discuss the compliance testing process, testing results, and all required government filings; consult with clients/advisors on plan design options.
Assist Team Leads in the development of processes and implementation of best practices to ensure compliance with EPIC RPS standards of service.
Demonstrate knowledge of available EPIC RPS custody solutions and trading methods; train Client Service Specialists and other EPIC RPS team members as needed.
Monitor and manage client requests, and internal reports for required task completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associate's degree and four (4) years' Client Service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
