Lead the analysis of projects by working closely with the business units and cross-functional leadership.
Prepares presentations for executives that follow a logically reasoned, data supported approach.
Develop key metrics for channel performance including service, share, financial performance and competitive landscape
Continue the execution of the channel’s data analytics roadmap as well as develop and execute the overall channel insights strategy
Utilizes data available both internally and externally to help drive to a world class supply chain
Through an expanded use of analytics and integration, continuously builds a deep understanding of our customers and the marketplace, helps develop strategies to generate growth opportunities, local requirements to bring differential value to customers and outperform competitors.
Identifies internal and external resource needs to ensure customer plans are executed fully
Understand and educate key internal stakeholders on channel dynamics
Support 3rd party analytics contracts and negotiation strategies with their leader and sourcing.
Partner with GIS team to ensure the data being used is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
Ensure that data handling practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Help prioritize analytics projects based on business needs and strategic goals.
Exemplifies thought leadership across the retail organization
Works across the Retail team to identify areas opportunities and drive productivity and process improvement across the team.
Understands overall business strategies; takes initiative in creating and leading team to foster growth across the channel
Partners with IT business partners to identify next generation investments and system capabilities
Drives new and different ideas, innovation, collaboration across multiple areas of business, and participates in business leadership level discussion
Works with the Retail leadership team to understand strategy and identify key opportunities to invest resources into
Thoroughly understands business operations, from forecasting, to supply chain, marketing, to market results, and how decisions impact overall business outcomes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of relevant experience with an emphasis on sales, supply chain, analytics and working across multiple functions within an enterprise
At least 2+ years of people leadership experience
Strong business and financial acumen, with demonstrated analytical ability
Experience an ability to develop, synthesis, and deliver analytic via multiple avenues of reporting, i.e.. PowerBI, Pivot Tables, etc.
