Lead Catalyst’s continued growth: expand its core feature set, implement new capabilities in B2B commerce, and deliver a new hosting product
Establish team objectives aligned with business goals and ensure the team executes against them
Facilitate regular 1:1s, healthy feedback cycles, and engineering rituals (e.g., design reviews, knowledge sharing, retros, etc.)
Participate in on-call and be responsible for incident management

5–7+ years of experience in building and operating production systems
2+ years of experience managing & retaining high-performing software engineering teams
Strong technical background with an ability to lead technical strategy and architectural discussions
A pragmatic approach to execution: you think iteratively and break down problems into deliverable slices
Comfortable operating across multiple codebases and teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
