Role Overview
- Work alongside distillery operations on optimizing our fermentation process
- Assigned projects (60%)
- Networking and mentoring (20%)
- Day-to-day support of distillery (20%)
Requirements
- Must be 21 by the start of the internship in June 2026
- Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university
- Preferably a rising senior or enrolled in a graduate program
- Ability to perform tasks independently and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an unstructured fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform material and energy balances
- Ability to perform fluid flow calculations
- Must be able to climb ladders and walk up and down stairs
- Must be able to withstand extreme heat and cold for short periods
- Must be authorized to work in the US
