Identify efficiency opportunities and innovative approaches.
Work on a variety of Salesforce support and enhancement requests.
Serve as technical operations resource for Salesforce and other systems, and the relationship between these systems.
Design end-to-end solutions, incorporating industry best practices, Salesforce capabilities, and integration points.
Lead solution reviews and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Present technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
8+ years of previous Salesforce Engineering in a B2B SaaS environment.
2+ years of experience with Workato, Zapier, Mulesoft, Boomi or other integration platforms
Experience with CPQ and Lead-Cash end-to-end flows and integrations
Skilled with Apex, Lightning components, Salesforce APIs, SOAP
or REST-based web services, and SOQL.
Collaborate with team and peers to design complex applications.
Passion for writing clean code, leveraging design patterns, authoring robust unit tests, and a detailed focus for thoroughly testing your solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills– both written and verbal
Skilled at prioritization.
