Partner with Fresenius Kabi team members to consult on training approaches that support tactical training and clinical education.
Design and develop L&D resources and programs.
Apply clinical expertise to design training assets for Fresenius Kabi products.
Manage design and development of training assets through the MRL process.
Lead clinical and healthcare platform content development to create and deploy learning solutions.
Develop learner assessments and measure proficiency.
Provide remediation plans and conduct performance assessments.
Serve as a subject matter expert for IV Therapy and support customer needs.

Clinical bachelor’s degree required (Nursing); master’s degree highly desirable.
10+ years’ experience required including 3 years in healthcare manufacturing industry (medical device, pharma, biotech).
Demonstrated agility to quickly learn new products & markets and develop innovative L&D approaches.
Demonstrated understanding of the selling process within the healthcare marketplace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: $148,000-155,000
Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary.
