Role Overview
- Manage and lead a technical team for Boeing Phantom Works
- Support various Special Programs and Capabilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and oversight for all people processes within report groups
- Participate in skills management and coach direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or chemistry
- 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's, or 7+ years with a Master's or Ph.D.
- 5 years of experience supporting US government developmental programs
- Experience with RF/Radar and/or Electro-Optic and/or Electronic/Electrical design and engineering
- Ability to coordinate with a highly experienced technical team and customers
- Ability to create schedules and execute developmental programs
- Experience working with US government project engineers and managers
