Role Overview
own, manage and develop the Global Payments Customer Experience strategy
assist with developing and implementing an enterprise-wide Customer Experience strategy
understand and monitor industry trends
support the design and execution of core Customer Experience behaviors
create ongoing communications regarding Customer Experience Strategy
provide support to the lines of business regarding customer experience concepts
assist with alignment sessions with our customers
participate in management of customer insights
assist in cross-business best practice sharing
administer recognition programs
collect data and produce metrics for Customer Experience program
execute continuous improvement process for customer feedback
recommend process improvements regarding Customer Experience program
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Typically Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp
Experience with customer journey mapping
