Provide technical supervision and guidance for APD, BI and PIP/MP claims handled by TPAs, ensuring adherence to program standards and best practices
Apply advanced knowledge to oversee rideshare claims, including coverage analysis, litigation management, and fraud awareness
Drive optimal claim outcomes by controlling indemnity, expense, and litigation costs through timely reserving, trial preparation, and resolution strategies
Conduct regular audits of TPA-managed claims to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures
Review claims data, reserve adequacy, and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Stay informed on evolving rideshare regulations, policy changes, and litigation developments
Partner with internal/external teams, TPAs, defense counsel to support program objectives and drive consistent outcomes
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling Auto Physical Damage, Bodily Injury, PIP, Med Pay, and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist
Direct experience in rideshare claims preferred
In-depth knowledge of BI and PIP claim procedures, and Property Damage exposures related to rideshare incidents
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required and a designation and/or insurance related courses are a plus
Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain required state licenses
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
