Assist on monthly freight cost reconciliation per carrier.
Support on accrual and accrual purchases reconciliation.
Perform credit card reconciliation i.e. matching entries posted from Expensify to Netsuite
Assist in analyzing AR discrepancies and refund issues
Prepare COD payments per instructions.
Assist in Staple payment applications.
Reconcile customer account balances and analyze aging issues.
Assist on tracking sales entry errors syncing from Magento to Netsuite
Record treasury transactions and perform relevant data matching
Support the implementation of finance projects.

Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary co-op or internship program where co-op is a mandatory requirement to graduate.
A strong understanding of accounting and financial principles is a valuable asset
Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy, and a dedicated work-ethic.
