About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Check delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate records
- Report maintenance issues and fill out daily logs
- Increase sales by expanding shelf space and creatively displaying products
- Maximize product shelf life by properly rotating products
- Use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record
- Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding CMV operation
- Execute the best practices of RSR training after 4-week company paid training
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
