Perform all required responsibilities and duties in accordance with LMI/MRSS policies and procedures.

Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, partners, teammates.
Support and facilitate the government-client with the in-take, validation, and compliance review of all peer-reviewed scientifically based merit proposals.
Analyze and disseminate data regarding program support.
Provide program management support to scientific portfolio managers in the administrative management and budgetary tracking of the research and development portfolio.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar administrative, program support, or analyst role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information clearly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Comfort working with technology platforms, data systems, and evolving digital tools.
Experience supporting government agencies (preferred).
Familiarity with research administration systems (eRA Commons, NIH systems, or similar platforms).
Exposure to AI-assisted tools for document review, data analysis, or process optimization in a professional setting.
