About this role
Role Overview
Establish, build, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.
Effectively communicate The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions.
Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans outlining sales objectives.
Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the defined area for both UroLift System and Barrigel products.
Identify, train, and develop accounts to integrate both UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products into their practices.
Stay abreast of current market conditions and recommend enhancements to the commercial process.
Collaborate with Professional Education teams to deliver comprehensive training support to physicians.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers and KOLs.
Work in partnership with the Customer Service teams to exceed customer expectations.
Ensure timely completion and submission of all required sales reporting forms.
Provide assistance in addressing product complaints and safety issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and or support role experience in the medical device industry, with a strong track record of success.
Operating room experience is essential.
Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in negotiation and adept at adapting to changing work priorities.
Strong analytical capabilities to refine business plans and sales techniques effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to travel approximately 50%-60% of the time, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to manage overnight travel as required.
