Act as a revenue partner to Sales, supporting complex quotes, renewals, expansions, and Marketplace transactions for the Midmarket and Commercial teams
Own deal accuracy and governance — ensure opportunities and quotes are structured correctly before booking
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce CPQ issues quickly, minimizing friction and keeping deals on track
Drive process improvements in partnership with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Deal Desk to reduce manual effort and increase seller efficiency
Contribute to ongoing global initiatives that improve the seller experience, deal hygiene, and deal velocity
Support the development and delivery of strategic sales enablement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-3+ years’ proven experience in sales, sales support, deal management, or related roles.
Baseline understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ).
