About this role
Role Overview
Provide day-to-day compliance support for Gravie’s Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Account (ICHRA) line of business.
Manage and oversee regulatory filings.
Facilitate response to regulatory complaints.
Execute regulatory change management process.
Provide general compliance support and expertise to operational areas.
Perform risk-based oversight audits.
Drive the maintenance and oversight of the enterprise-wide regulatory calendar.
Ensure timely identification and tracking of all required state and federal regulatory filings.
Lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of Corporate Compliance-owned regulatory reports.
Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of all regulatory submissions.
Conduct thorough impact assessments of new regulations on the ICHRA line of business.
Disseminate clear, summarized, and actionable information to senior management and internal stakeholders.
Serve as a primary compliance subject matter expert (SME).
Provide guidance to business partners across the organization on complex regulatory matters.
Act as the Corporate Compliance representative in cross-functional working groups.
Ensure compliance is built into all new processes and offerings.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or finance, and demonstrated familiarity with regulatory compliance.
Experience in compliance or related field
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate legal requirements into actionable guidance
Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures
Proven ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing demands
Strong project management and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of health plan compliance and regulatory frameworks (extra credit)
Experience with SOC compliance preparation (extra credit)
Healthcare or financial services industry experience (extra credit)
