Senior Data & Analytics Engineer

Role Overview

• Design, build, and maintain our modern BI data pipeline.
• Transform raw data into reliable, well-modeled, business-ready datasets.
• Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Mentor others and establish best practices.
• Lead the technical execution of our long-term data strategy.
• Build a modern data platform that empowers stakeholders with trusted insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills (required).
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.
• Experience designing data models and analytics-ready data marts.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery is a plus).
• Experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with ELT tools (Fivetran is a plus).
• Strong experience with dbt in a production environment.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to reverse ETL tools is a plus.
