Process accounts receivable and accounts payable for clients
Reconcile client cash and investment accounts and perform month-end procedures
Draft financial reports and conduct financial analysis
Assist in the budget process
Preparation of work papers and journal adjustments
Perform analytical and detailed work with numerical data efficiently and accurately
Utilize and develop a functional understanding of firm software and internal work flow/procedures to manage binder documentation and maintain client information
Exercise discretion and judgment when working with confidential client matters
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA, or currently pursuing CPA, or plans to pursue CPA certification
Experience processing AP, AR, and performing cash and investment reconciliations
Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks (QBO) preferred
Experience in a government environment preferred
Experience with grant funding preferred
