The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing leads all Client Sourcing Operations for Data Center and Tech clients and is responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within assigned Vertical(s)
Lead, manage and direct the strategic sourcing plans within assigned Vertical(s) by collaborating closely with Divisional Presidents, Managing Directors, Accounts and Clients to set overall priorities and account goals
Closely collaborate with Americas Sourcing Pursuits & Transitions, Category Management, and relevant business stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new clients
Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team
Drive communication, both verbal and written, with all levels at JLL in addition to Clients to support the organization, influence change, and win new business
Develops and Leads High Performing Teams
Manage and coach Group Sourcing Leads/Team Leads/Large Account Leaders
