Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness in Salesforce (and related RevOps tools).
Monitor opportunity management processes to ensure consistent pipeline hygiene and data quality.
Build and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
Analyze sales funnel, marketing performance, and customer metrics to provide actionable insights.
Support forecasting and pipeline analytics.
Create and update Excel-based pricing tools, ROI/value calculators, and models.
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including documentation, playbooks, and customer-facing decks.
Partner with RevOps leadership to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Serve as a key resource for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for reporting and operational needs.
Support ad hoc analytics requests across go-to-market functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field — or equivalent experience or relevant experience in Revenue Operations in practice.
Comfort commuting to the Atlanta office three days a week.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with Salesforce (academic, internship, or professional exposure).
Comfortable working in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for nontechnical audiences.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven work style.
1-2 years of prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related analytical function (preferred).
Experience building dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, HubSpot, or similar tools (preferred).
Experience with project management tools and workflows in Jira or similar tools (preferred).
Demonstrated interest in or experience using AI tools for analysis , automation, or reporting (preferred).
Exposure to pricing models or financial modeling (preferred).
Familiarity with go-to-market KPIs across the sales funnel (preferred).
