Execute strategic growth plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Facilitate regular pipeline reviews and planning sessions with brokers

Deliver comprehensive training and education to the broker force
Serve as a market intelligence hub by sharing competitive insights
Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Risk, and Claims departments
Partner with Marketing to refine messaging
Manage and maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Drive solutions-focused support for broker partners
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Medical Professional Liability (MPL)
A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record in business development, underwriting, or insurance brokerage; experience within the MPL or healthcare liability sector is highly preferred
Possession of an active P&C Producer license, or the ability to successfully obtain licensure within 60 days of hire
Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong business intelligence and the ability to leverage data-driven metrics to inform and execute growth strategies
Highly organized and collaborative professional with a deep commitment to delivering an exceptional partner’s experience
Ability and willingness to travel 25–40% for broker visits
