Responsible for assigned caseload and meeting inbound/outbound call targets
Manage reimbursement and appointment coordination for patients through liaising with Innomar and non-Innomar programs, patients, pharmacies and physicians
Provide clinical support to patients and health care providers enrolling in ICP
Review feasibility of requests to accommodate medication administration at InnomarClinics and in homecare setting
Database management, ensuring accurate and up to date documentation is available for patient appointments
Lead disease-state training of new/existing team members
Provide feedback regarding current protocols, databases, processes, inter-departmental relationships
Report all Adverse Events to assigned units/departments
Assigned other duties and tasks as required
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) diploma
Five (5) years of Nursing experience
Healthcare and case management experience in medical or hospital practice or the insurance or bio-pharma industry
Bilingualism (French and English) strongly preferred
Experience in oncology is an asset
Strong patient focus
Critical thinking and ability to navigate complex scenarios
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Experienced and strong comfort level with receiving inbound and placing outbound calls
Ability to communicate and comprehend medical information
Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
Effective organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
