Provide functional and technical support and guidance for SharePoint Online, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate, Nintex, and various other Microsoft Tools
Maintain and improve system availability, performance, and functionality
Be available after hours to provide emergency support as needed
Gather and document functional requirements from user representatives to build solutions
Develop documentation of functional/technical design specifications
Configure SharePoint to support the requirements and design of proposed tools/sites
Produce and maintain documentation for SharePoint systems and solutions
Champion technical governance and guidelines for Microsoft 365 automation tools
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship due to sensitivity of customer related information
bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of SharePoint related work experience, or 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
Experience with SharePoint Online
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with personnel at all levels
Proven ability to coordinate with team members, project members, customers, users, and other stakeholders to successfully develop, conduct, and implement software solutions
Flexibility to adapt to new tools and technologies; self-starter capable of working independently
Excellent analytical skills, ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities, meet tight and fluid deadlines
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Automate (Flow)
