Develop multi-year forecasts of the PGIM Real Estate U.S. Debt business and present results to key stakeholders, including U.S. Debt and PGIM Senior Leadership
Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) analysis
Prepare analysis and management reporting packages for senior management discussion on multi-year forecasts and actuals reporting
Drive financial analysis and reporting enhancements useful to business partners
Ensure accurate and timely completion of key financial deliverables, including portfolio returns
Assist in business specific projects as needed
Emphasis on process efficiency, data validation, and documentation
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of prior work experience in a Planning/Forecasting or Financial Reporting role
Advanced excel knowledge with proven ability to create and utilize financial models
Knowledge of workflow, visual workflow, and process builder
Strong proven SQL querying skills
Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in manipulating large amounts of data while understanding related object/field functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with desire and ability to present to senior management while maintaining a strong executive presence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; conceptual thinker
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to partner with various levels of management
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and challenging environment
Preference given to individuals with financial services experience, especially if in the mortgage loan real estate industry.
