Administrative/Customer Support Specialist

Role Overview

• Serves as a primary contact for underwriting and claim processing for customer schools
• Handles written correspondence, e-mail and phone calls from schools, parents and account representatives
• Reviews and calculates insured student data from schools/colleges
• Prepares and issues insurance policy documents
• Researches plan information and follows up with clients in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepares, documents, and files copies of client information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College graduate preferred
• Previous office and customer service experience required
