Own end-to-end execution of both third-party and Garner-hosted events, from planning through post-event follow-up
Translate event strategy into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables (Asana experience strongly preferred), ensuring high production quality and on-brand execution
Design engaging, high-touch event experiences that effectively communicate Garner’s messaging and drive meaningful attendee interaction
Manage vendors, venues, speakers, and budgets to deliver polished experiences with operational rigor and efficiency
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Strategic Alliances, and RevOps to align event programming with business priorities and pipeline objectives
Own event data workflows, including building and managing invite lists from Salesforce, organizing attendee data in Excel/Google Sheets, and working with Marketing Operations on accurate tracking and attribution
Define, track, and report on event KPIs (e.g., meetings booked, engagement, pipeline impact) to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
3+ years of experience in event marketing or event management
Proven ability to execute high-quality events with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously (Asana experience preferred)
Creative thinking and ability to design engaging, memorable attendee experiences
Comfort working cross-functionally and supporting senior stakeholders
Ability to define, track, and analyze event KPIs
Strong analytical skills with comfort manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets and working with Salesforce.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the healthcare benefits industry a plus, but not required
