Interns will participate in a broad range of activities across Enterprise Risk, including: Risk Analytics & Innovation Support
Assisting with data gathering, validation, and basic analysis
Supporting updates to dashboards, reports, or monitoring tools
Helping with document processes, metrics, and data sources
Contributing to automation or workflow‑improvement tasks (if skills allow)
Supporting modeling activities, such as preparing datasets, running simple analytics routines, or helping evaluate basic trends that inform risk models
Exposure to Enterprise Risk Programs
Interns will gain exposure to key program areas across the Enterprise Risk Division, including: Risk Governance – learning how policies, committees, and risk frameworks support consistent risk management
Financial Risk Management – observing how credit, market, and liquidity risks are monitored and reported
Operational Risk Management – supporting activities related to issues management, control assessments, and risk indicators
Enterprise Fraud – gaining insight into fraud monitoring, detection practices, and fraud risk controls
AML/BSA (Anti–Money Laundering / Bank Secrecy Act) – supporting AML/BSA compliance activities, monitoring processes, and regulatory reporting workflows
The intern may also assist with ad‑hoc projects tied to risk analytics, process improvement, or data quality initiatives.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Currently working on degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a similar degree
Current enrollment in an accredited college or university is required, and Students must be undergraduates entering their junior or senior year or currently pursuing a graduate level degree
Must be available to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday

Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
Interest in risk management, data, or financial services
Solid written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Excel; exposure to tools like SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus
