Senior Associate – Finance and Accounting BPO, Managed Services

Role Overview

• Lead the day-to-day execution of client accounting engagements, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client teams.
• Apply a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to all work.
• Take ownership of key processes like Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Coach and mentor junior associates.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and research to solve complex accounting issues.
• Contribute to advisory projects, providing recommendations for business and process improvements based on your knowledge.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting functions is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is preferred or in progress.
• Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, NetSuite) is a plus.
