Role Overview
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and system specifications
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
- Support configuration and testing of workflows, objects, and reports
- Assist with project coordination, enhancements, and change management
- Develop process flows, documentation, and data mapping
- Conduct user training and support Agile delivery teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe)
- Experience working with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
