Lead technical design and architecture discussions for AWS-based solutions
Oversee development of serverless components built using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge
Provide hands-on development support using TypeScript and Node.js
Ensure secure implementation of services using AWS IAM and best practices
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and offshore developers to ensure high-quality delivery
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance
Coordinate daily with the offshore team and ensure aligned progress against milestones

8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
Strong expertise in AWS Serverless Stack: Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, IAM, EventBridge
Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript
Experience in designing event-driven architectures
Strong understanding of CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and operational best practices in AWS
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience guiding offshore teams
