Manage incidents, problem or work requests including configuration changes, minor enhancements, resolution of break-in fix issues, problem solving and troubleshooting, business consulting, system upgrades, data/analysis maintenance, user training and collaboration
Coordinate efforts with other IT support teams
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Set up configuration and implement changes
Work with business users and external partners
Assist with work estimation and planning as part of Agile implementation in the team
Requirements
Experience of supporting applications in oil & gas industry
Fundamentals of SQL, C#, and CI/CD
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
