Responsible for video and motion graphics from concept through execution.
Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Media, Social, and CRM teams to deliver platform-native content that is strategically grounded, visually distinctive, and built to scale.
Collaborate on brand campaigns, social-first videos, or performance-driven assets.
100% focused on video and motion design; critical role in shaping brand representation across touchpoints.
Ensure projects are completed timely and to high quality standards.

Requirements
4–7+ years of experience in video and motion design (in-house, agency, or hybrid)
A strong portfolio showcasing: Motion graphics, Video editing, Campaign work, Social-first and performance-driven content
Proficiency in: After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro (including Generative Tools), Adobe Creative Suite
AI tools that enhance speed, workflows, creative generation, and quality
Experience creating content across multiple platforms and formats.
Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, typography, and visual storytelling.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Nice-to-Have: Experience supporting retail, franchise, or multi-location brands, Experience with Adobe Firefly, Familiarity with sports, lifestyle, or experiential brands, Ability to shoot video or capture content, Efficiency in color correction and color grading, Experience working within an agency, structured brand system, or internal agency model.
