Provide insight to larger team on trends and errors and provide innovative business solutions.
Review various processes including sales compensation planning, sales new hire onboarding & training, and our North America Sales Forecasting process.
Research and analyze current processes and present formal recommendations for improvements.
Perform trend analysis and present findings.

Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field of study.
Strong project management skills.
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.
