Requirements
High School completion or equivalent GED
Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills
Solution-oriented
Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
