Role Overview
- Define and evolve enterprise architecture vision and principles
- Establish architecture governance frameworks
- Lead development of reference architectures
- Partner with Platform Engineering to ensure architectural standards
- Act as strategic advisor to CTO, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure leaders
- Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a high-performing architecture team
- Ensure architectural decisions support regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 15+ years of related technical and business experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT functions across enterprise systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
