Role Overview
- Identify all project stakeholders
- Develop a comprehensive delivery plan
- Work with SME’s to develop project schedules
- Manage the delivery of the project(s)
- Manage all project communication
- Be the escalation / resolution point for the project
- Manage change management ensuring new requirements
- Drive collaboration between various functional teams
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation projects
- Strong understanding of core finance processes
- Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Strong financial management capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing change and adoption of new processes
