Responsible for the timely flow of 3rd party fabricated equipment and contract site activities according to the procurement plan
Issue purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
Monitor and resolve delivery delays and communicate progress to management
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
Manage RFP process including bid package and bid evaluation
Negotiate procurement terms based on contract terms
Support claims management during project execution
Involved in project close-down including vendor performance evaluation and feedback
Provide regular reports on schedule status, material changes, and potential delays

Bachelor’s degree in quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance or a related role
Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with supplier audits and assessments
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Advanced understanding of quality assurance methodologies and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
