Present and demonstrate EFT solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards
Develop and present complex pricing proposals and competitive analyses for financial institutions and negotiate contract renewals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the implementation and ongoing support of EFT services for clients
Represent SHAZAM at trade shows and associations to generate leads and strengthen partnerships
Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional EFT products and services
Provide timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues related to EFT solutions, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to advise clients proactively
Prepare and deliver regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market feedback to senior management

Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management or sales within the financial services or payment solutions industry
Strong understanding of electronic funds transfer systems, payment processing, and related compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver customized solutions in a remote work setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships
Analytical skills help in assessing client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly
Proven ability to think critically and solve problems in fast paced environments, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and driving business outcomes
Ability to travel 50%, including some overnight travel to various locations
Must possess a valid driver's license to drive on Company business and provide documentation of current personal auto insurance ($300,000 in personal liability coverage is required)
