Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, aero, electrical, and systems engineers, to develop technical solutions and integrated systems.
Perform design, analysis, system integration, and validation testing for power and propulsion systems products, including turbomachinery, compressors, generators, marine outboard engines, motors, and propulsors.
Develop technical specifications, system requirements, and design documentation in accordance with Aerospace & Defense standards.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate project status.
Support prototype fabrication, instrumentation, testing, and qualification activities.
Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations, military standards, and company quality processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in Aerospace & Defense Industry.
Experience managing engineering projects from concept through delivery.
Strong technical knowledge in thermal systems, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, or mechanical systems design.
Familiarity with manufacturing methods, such as casting, forging, stamping, welding, CNC machining, EDM, and additive manufacturing
Proficiency in engineering tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, or equivalent.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
U.S. Citizenship required (due to DoD contract requirements).
