Support strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces
Utilize analytics to understand campaign performance data, identify trends, and share opportunities for improvement across the digital landscape
Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign performance and improve targeting, messaging, and creative elements
Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, brand managers, and sales to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals
Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
BS or BA in business, merchandising, marketing, or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing required with experience optimizing campaigns across paid search and display
Experience within Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or other marketplace platforms is highly desirable
Strong understanding of the fundamentals of retail eCommerce, especially pertaining to key marketing metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, etc.)
Deep analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and lead change across an organization
Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Occasional travel as needed.
