About this role
Role Overview
- Lead Operational Flight Program (OFP) software teams supporting Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) and Direct Attack (DA) weapons
- Manage the software development lifecycle and ensure fielded software meets requirements
- Own Cost Account Management (CAM) for assigned software work
- Monitor project budgets and lead programs to successful outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, test, QA, and supply chain
Requirements
- Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in relevant fields
- 5+ years of experience in product development
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, and/or training services
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
