Role Overview
- Drafting resolutions, consents, certificates, minutes, and other forms of international corporate governance documents
- International subsidiary maintenance, including entity formation and dissolution
- Corporate transactional support, including obtaining governance approvals and maintaining transaction checklists
- Manage legal entity audit reporting, including coordination with internal and external auditors
Requirements
- 7+ years paralegal experience or 2+ years practicing attorney experience
- In-house and/or law firm corporate transactional, governance or finance experience
- Paralegal certificate is required
- Strong knowledge of California and Delaware corporate law
