Support Commercial lines retail placement strategy execution
Collate carrier production reports and track against them
Prepare for carrier performance review sessions –data analysis, material development, agenda building and follow up
Conduct data analysis to produce detailed insight into specialty portfolio
Support the restructuring of carrier approach to engaging with Acrisure under new divisional structure
Understand and analyze carrier compensation plans and develop plans towards maximizing revenue through those agreements
Develop materials for effective communication of compensation structures to field teams and executives
Keep abreast of industry / market dynamics and prepare informative documentation for Acrisure leaders

Beginner data and analytical skills, specifically relating to (re)insurance portfolio data and carrier compensation plans
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage meetings, build agendas, document and follow up
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing or finance required
Some experience in data to support effective reporting structures and strategy development
Experience in utilizing technology to enhance performance and efficiency
