Analyst, Project Management – Product Engineering

Role Overview

• Drive communications around teams’ work and projects
• Organize town halls to increase transparency
• Assist with project coordination tasks supporting Product Engineering leaders
• Develop and manage communications that highlight Product Engineering teamwork, milestones, and key initiatives
• Maintain content for internal updates, presentations, and leadership-facing materials
• Support organization of recurring town halls and leadership forums
• Organize meetings, document outcomes, and manage action items
• Assist in planning team offsites including agenda development and logistics coordination
• Assist GIS engineering leaders with project coordination tasks

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, or projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort working closely with technical and engineering leaders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with colleagues across different time zones
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in developing high-impact executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Confluence experience
