Role Overview
- Ensure that investment accounting policies and procedures are correctly applied to financial transactions and reporting
- Support the month-end and quarter-end close reviews
- Prepare timely and accurate GAAP-based work papers and supporting schedules
- Collaborate with internal auditors, external auditors, and tax professionals to support reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 5+ years of Accounting or Finance experience Preferred
- Software
- Yardi, Workiva experience; Moderate-Expert Excel user
