Provide strategic leadership by serving as the business owner of our Provider Relationship Management assets owning the platform strategy and developing and executing a multi‑year platform roadmap aligned to business priorities, customer needs, and enterprise strategy
Set and communicate investment priorities, facilitate business case development, and guide funding decisions
Champion delivery of measurable business outcomes, tying product work directly to growth, cost, quality, and provider experience objectives
Develop and ensure operational and service excellence and adherence to SLAs and Key Performance Indicators, manage ad-hoc requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor a high performing team fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration
Promote a product mindset through continuous improvement methodologies to implement new platform capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure project delivery rigor
Provide cross functional leadership by working with IT, business customers, and other stakeholders to implement operational processes and performance tracking to ensure consistent delivery that is both on time and on budget
Plan and execute change management activities to drive adoption and ensure smooth transitions for end users during enhancements, new features, and process changes
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in platform management and or technology strategy leadership roles
Proven success managing large scale cross functional technology platforms or products, preferably in the healthcare space.
Experience leading teams using continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience working in agile and hybrid environments.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute roadmaps against business priorities using strategic planning and management methodologies such as OKRs.
Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities across ambiguous and dynamic environments.
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
