- Create connections with customers by helping with their benefits and claims
- Educate customers about their benefits and claims
- Resolve issues and direct customers to helpful resources
- Handle a variety of inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Research issues and document outcomes
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address service issues
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
- 1+ years of related healthcare experience (preferred)
- Microsoft office experience preferred
