Role Overview
Create connections with customers by helping with their benefits and claims
Educate customers about their benefits and claims
Resolve issues and direct customers to helpful resources
Handle a variety of inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
Research issues and document outcomes
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address service issues
Requirements
6+ months of customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
1+ years of related healthcare experience (preferred)
Microsoft office experience preferred
