Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude
• Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions
• Ensure correct change is given, receipts are issued, and refunds or exchanges are processed per company policy
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are organized and visually appealing
• Maintain signage, promotional materials, and pricing accuracy
• Prepare and maintain all self-serve and ready-to-eat food and beverage stations
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
• CPR and First Aid training a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
