About this role
Role Overview
Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude
Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service
Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions
Ensure correct change is given, receipts are issued, and refunds or exchanges are processed per company policy
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are organized and visually appealing
Maintain signage, promotional materials, and pricing accuracy
Prepare and maintain all self-serve and ready-to-eat food and beverage stations
Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
CPR and First Aid training a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
