Role Overview
- Lead and supervise staff in reviewing tax adjustments
- Conduct research and analysis of complex transactions to determine tax impacts
- Oversee the preparation and compilation of annual tax returns
- Train, mentor, and coach staff to support professional growth
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of both tax compliance and tax provision software
- Experience with the Onesource platform is a plus.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of tax concepts
- Capability to independently perform complex tax or accounting analysis
