Role Overview
- monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources
- optimizes performance through process improvement activities
- devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative
- identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics
- develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards
- begins to influence department’s strategy
- makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
- establishes policy and optimizes processes by leveraging industry practices to lean processes and reduce waste
- recommends improvements and enhancements to the existing process framework and supporting capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 or more years of process experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
