Segment Risk Manager

Role Overview

• Evaluate effective of controls and escalate as appropriate
• Direct self-monitoring and testing activities to ensure compliance with Corporate Risk Management requirements
• Evaluate adequacy of enterprise and regulatory controls
• Deliver timely escalation of issues to senior management
• Collaborate with business segment management to support strategic goals
• Act as central point for important risk information
• Ensure compliance with corporate and business unit policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 or more years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Operational Risk
• Advanced knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
